so,
before we kick off on the actual evangelism ideas, we need to first look at
getting this list publicised, and having people starting to drift to it.
We need to decide on....
a: do we announce this? where?
b: what pages it should be listed on on php.net
c: what procedures, if any, we have for email acceptance/rejection.
