Greetings Folks,
Thanks for all who have registered with www.milonic.co.uk so far for the results of the Microsoft vs
Open Source performance tests. I am now trying to find some spare hard drives to devote to the tests
so that I can return to them at a later date if need be.
My question for you guys is this.
Do you think I should keep hard disk drive speed the same throughout the tests. Some hard drives run
faster than others and I wouldnt want to give an unfair advantage to either side. Should I invest
some cash in buying a batch of HDD's at the moment I will need 5 for each operating system.
Although a big expense to start with, It might be worth it, What do you think.
