I didn't know about it either, and yes - I agree, this will come in handy...
Gerard - I can see one small problem... you'll have to make sure the
character you use to explode on doesn't appear in any of the "arguments" -
eg "this,is|a,test" w/ "|" as the delimiter would be okay, but
"this,is,a,test" w/ "," as the delimiter will give wrong results.
