Are there any other alternatives to "in boolean mode"? I tried this:

$news = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM $table WHERE MATCH (AU) AGAINST ('.$au.') order
by AU desc");
But get this error: "Can't find FULLTEXT index matching the column list"
