I upgraded from Apache 1.3.20 to 1.3.26 to patch up the security hole recently announced. Apache compiled and installed on my Red Hat 7.2 system fine, but php stoped working. I checked the httpd.conf file a thousand times and nothing is different, I recompiled php and apache almost 10 times, with no difference. I have no idea what to do next, the server works fine, it just refuses to parse php documents.
Here are the commands I am using
for Apache
./configure --prefix=/path/to/apache --with-module=so
make
make install
for PHP
./configure --with-mysql --with-apache=/path/to/apache/src
make clean
make
make install
I am using the 'make clean' command because php would puke when on libphp4.la when compiling.
Like I said, Apache works fine, PHP doesn't.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
~Mike
