I am not quite clear as to what you want but
it appears to be something minor...
Wouldn't you just be able to retrieve the checkbox variable
names from your HTML variables to php... As follows:
echo "<input type = checkbox name =checkBoxName value=$checkBoxName>";
This should evaluate your checkBox variables... And in the script you would
have
some sort of randomizer to generate the reference number which you can store
in a text file using a+ mode or in a database...
Specify if this is what you are asking for...
