If you want to be able to know if the user ckecked any of the boxes on the
page your creating, then you have to HAVE TO HAVE TO use a form.
End of story, and you will replace your link, with a submit button. you
will have to use a form to pass the status of the checkboxes and anythign
else to the php file.
