RE: [PHP] cross application sessions

Thanks a lot for the information. I visited the WDDX site and found lots of useful information. However it seems that I can accomplish my task without resorting to WDDX. From the information provided on the WDDX site it appears that WDDX is used to exchange data between different languages. This is not exactly what I want. I use a mixture of PHP scripts and plain HTML files. My worries were whether the sessions I create in PHP will 'disappear' when the user clicks on the plain html file. If this is not the case then I don't need to use WDDX!!! I will appreciate any advice.
