Refer to the WDDX SDK[1] for information about accessing
WDDX-style data. Especially, see the Java Implementation[2].
Your application would basically need to implement this
functionality:
1. reading the data files and parsing them using the WDDX
parser
2. constructing a WDDX packet and writing it back to the
disk
You don't need 2., if your non-PHP application does not
change session variables.
