I've wondering about the trouble is really the way I start the http server, that doesn't gives a PHP defined, so i did try this: bacterio@stormind:~ > /usr/sbin/httpd -DPHP -f /home/bacterio/conf/httpd.conf sqlinit: DBROOT must be set !!! bacterio@stormind:~ > Ahm... does anyone know what's the meaning of that error message?I have no clue what DBROOT or sqlinit is, but you should probably be starting Apache with: /path/to/apachectl start, and you can run apachectl configtest to make sure your conf files are sane. (make sure you you're using the correct apachectl script, as you probably have two now on your machine) % apachectl --help usage: /usr/sbin/apachectl (start|stop|restart|fullstatus|status|graceful|configtest|help)
start - start httpdstartssl - start httpd with SSL enabled
stop - stop httpd
restart - restart httpd if running by sending a SIGHUP or start if
not running
fullstatus - dump a full status screen; requires lynx and mod_status enabled
status - dump a short status screen; requires lynx and mod_status enabledgraceful - do a graceful restart by sending a SIGUSR1 or start if not running configtest - do a configuration syntax test
help - this screenBrian
