enable-force-cgi-redirect has no meaning when you are using PHP as an
Apache module.

You are hitting the standard glibc-2.1.x bug which prevents you from
loading a library that is linked against pthreads into a binary that
isn't. You need to either link your httpd against libpthread or get rid
of libpthread from libphp4.so. You probably upgraded your MySQL and
installed from the RPMs from the MySQL folks. Unfortunately the
libmysqlclient.so library in the MySQL RPM is built in threaded mode and
needs libpthread. I would suggest grabbing the MySQL source code, or the
source RPM (edit the SPEC file and remove the switch that kicks it into
threaded mode). The MySQL folks should have a non-threaded client RPM
available soon. I have been leaning on them for a while about this.
