24*60*60 is one day...that means that both timestamps cannot have the same
date! That's the problem...
Only the date from timestamp 1035666000 is not 27/10/2002, but 26/10/2002
23:00:00, while 1035752400 is 27/10/2002 23:00:00...as you can see, just as
expected!
It seems no bug here...I've tested this on PHP 4.2.2 and PHP 4.2.3 on
Windows, SunOS and FreeBSD
