I'm referring to the way it says:
"If you wish to assign multiple values to a single cookie, just add [] to
the cookie name. For more details see the setcookie() function." which seems
to directly answer your question of:
"i'm wondering how its possible to put multiple values into one"
You then went on to say that you'd like to store firstname and lastname in a
cookie. If you click the hyperlink in the page I posted the URL for, true to
it's word, it takes you to http://www.php.net/manual/function.setcookie.php
which contains an example of how to do exactly what you ask.
It's the third one under 'Example 1'
