When a client sends a unrecognized content-type (eg "Content-Type: application/x-soap") You will get $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA. Are there any libraries, yet? I'm not aware of any libraries, but PHP has a few XML parsers and it can open TCP connections as well as HTTP. SOAP runs over HTTP? I guess it's possible to use SOAP with PHP. I would be surprised if that was not the case.
