I am looking for some code or help using PHP 3 (or 4) to authenticate a user
against a Windows 2000 Active Directory
Background:
1. WWW server is RedHat 6.2, Apache, PHP 3/4, MySQL
2. Domain Server is Windows 2000, Active Directory. We also have an NT
PDC/BDC
Scenario:
For the intranet, we only want people on our domain to enter. So a web page
will prompt the user for their domain username and password. I need to be
able to take that information and authenticate them from the domain server.
Lastly, we need to do LDAP lookups for their name/address against a
Microsoft Exchange Server.
Any help or pointers, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave
