You might be able to use RADIUS. I've used the mod_radius Apache module but
don't know how to tie it to PHP. I have created a very basic auth system to
LDAPv3 on Netware 5 and it works well. Can you get LDAPv3 for W2K? I don't
think the LDAP built into Exchange Server will do it.
