Dude you are going to have to make the "next" button a form button where you
do something like this...
This goes in your .html or .php file with the rest of the html
<form method=post action=mypage.php>
<input type=submit value='next'>Next 400</input>
</form>
next you have to handle the submit button... you can call your the same page
and check if you need todo anything like this...
if($submit) or if(strcasecmp($submit, 'next') == 0)
{
do your sql statement here and output the results....
}
if this is all foreign to you, I suggest going to webmonkey.com or
phpbuilder.com and reading their tutorials...
