I think that submitting the form to one of your own documents and opening an
http connection from there to the other form on the other server is the best
approach. This way you have total control over what happens.

Actually you can use JavaScript to open a new window to submit the form to
this other domain, and use the same JavaScript code to submit the form to
your own domain.
JavaScript is your friend :)
