Actually I missunderstood you on your question. You want to submit a form
to another domain and get the results on your own site / domain. Like for
example, submitting a search query to a search engine like Google or
whatever.
If that's what you want, it is possible. You can just open a socket with
fsockopen() and pass your HTTP Headers like you want, to submit the search
query. Rasmus often posts here his PostToHost function that is extremely
useful for what you want.
This way you are submiting the form thru PHP and getting the results from
the other domain using your fsockopen() handler.
