you have to name the fields this way:
for($i = 0; $i < $loop_count; $i++){
$label="textfieldname".$i;
<input type='text' name='label' value='$grade'>
}
Then you will get the same as:
<input type='text' name='textfieldname1' value='$grade'>
<input type='text' name='textfieldname2' value='$grade'>
<input type='text' name='textfieldname3' value='$grade'>
and so on!
Is this your solution?
