I am not sure why.I tested sabcmd and it shows version 0.98 and it works
when passing it an xslt stylesheet and xml file.
The funny thing is that when configuring this shows up:
checking whether to enable xslt support... yes
checking for XSLT Sablotron backend... yes
checking for libexpat dir for Sablotron XSL support... yes
checking for iconv dir for Sablotron XSL support... yes
checking for JavaScript for Sablotron XSL support... yes
checking for sablot-config... found
checking for Sablotron version... >= 0.96
