If you don't already have apache and php setup on the machine then you're
better off installing both from source. There are plenty of resources out
there which takes you through the process. Two in particular are LAMP
(Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP), and Apachetoolbox.
As for RPM dependencies, if you're using an official Mandrake RPM then all
dependencies can be downloaded from them.
