4.0.2 having problems with reset() and each()

Greetings! I am running classgen (http://kongstud.hibu.no/lars/classgen/classgen-0.1.3.tar.gz) with 4.0.2. When I ran it wil 4.0.1pl2, I had no problems, but now I am having quite a bit of them. I first had a problem with xml_set_element_handler, but resolved that by useing an array of the object ($this) and the Function name, instead of just the function name. Now, I am having problems where it is erroring out in saying that the variable passed to reset() and each() in several different areas is not an object or an array. I can't figure out why this is happening, but hopefully it is something simple. Any assistance that can be provided will be tremendously helpful. I can't proceed on a project until I resolve this.
