You can organise it so that when at a specific email address an email arrives, it is somehow connected to a PHP script. You need something to make the connection though. One way i can think of is to use Manuel Lemos' POP mail reader and make it read emails and process their content. However the script that checks the POP account will need to be started every now and then, for instance with a "cron job" (search this list online (www.php.net->support->lists)).
