I just found out the problem.... Our server decided to move us from a Win2k box over to a brand new linux box with all the bells and whistles.... only problem is they forgot to tell us... lol Well no wonder i was having problems. the program I was trying to run is a .exe. Have to get the programmer to recompile a version for linux. - paul - "Inpho" <inphorm@gmx.net> wrote in message news:20030430034615.82229.qmail@pb1.pair.com... > Hey all, > > I recently had problems working out how to run an exec command or something > similar.
