I have checked about files, and Even the files that are created using have
the same number as the group.

You usually see a number where the user or group should be only if the UID
or
GID is not found in /etc/passwd & /etc/group. But php *should* be creating
directories with the same default group that the webserver is running as.
Is 'test' the directory that you created using mkdir() in php?
If so, is what you're seeing repeatable? Do all directories created using
