This is a question that I have been wondering about:
If a programmerincludes an install of php with their service(lets say
via cd-rom) does it violate the copyright of php?
Essentailly one would be selling php along with the service they
provide, but php is not the whole service?
Perhaps this would fall under #4 of the licenses, and one would need
written permission such as IDG's notice?
