Thanks to all who have responded to my MAC address
posting.
I just realized I have done what I have always chastised
student for doing, which is stating a problem in terms of a
perceived solution.
What I ideally want is a way to prevent people from voting
twice in a poll or survey. We are not electing the president of the
universe here :-) However, is there a better way then a combination
of cookies/IP addresses.
