Bad URL with Sessions

I have a problem where one of the links on the first page accessed using
sessions (PHP4.01p2 with -trans-sid) looks like this:
www.mysite.com/mypage?PHPSESSID=ae850 ... 622.php
^^^^^^ ^^^^
The HTML for all the links is in the form <a href="mypage.php">. It is only
one link on the page that has this problem. It happens to be the third link
on the page out of seven.
