The data within the sdate field will need to be turned into a hypertext link, eg:
echo "<TD><a
href='template.php?userid=".$row['userid']."'>".$row['sdate']."</a></TD><TD>".$row['sname']."</TD>\n";
When the template.php page is called it will pass the value of the relevant userid field and you can
use this to do a further select query with which to populate the content of the template page.
