I am still having problems with binary downloads...
http://braindeaf.co.uk/downloads/
If you try to browse any other pages while the download is taking place then the browser just sits
there until the download is complete. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem and found a
solution?
I have tried many different headers and I'm not even sure that that is the issue as I still get
the same problem with every browser I use and all the differnt configurations I use. I have gone
back to using these headers
header('Content-Type: ' . $mime_type);
header('Content-Length: ' . $file_size);
header("Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=" . $filename);
header("Expires: 0");
header("Pragma: no-cache");
Could it be that PHP isn't the issue at all and maybe server related?
Thanks
Rob
