We do that, sort-of. With out bulk hosting plan, you can have unlimited domains, each of which has a unique DocumentRoot (its own directory). You also get unlimited POP mailboxes and email address forwarding within the domains you've got on our servers. And MySQL database access if you need it, of course. You could potentially set up redirection in directories on one site to point to the other sites. All the files are in a predictably-named filesystem and directory scheme, so if your goal is to make files from one site visible to scripts running on another site, that's no problem.
