Cookie not getting set

This code works in IE6 PC, but not IE5 or Safari on a Mac: setcookie("dealercode", "33", time()+60*60*24*365,"/","vtc.com",0); header('Location: login.php'); This code is executed under: apex.vtc.com And does not work, where as, under: www.vtc.com It works fine.... Yes, they are different servers. Using PHP 4.3.0 build with nothing real funky going on.... Methinks it has something to do with the domain... Apex.vtc.com is actually www3.vtc.com/partners/apex - but that should not make a diff since it is still the vtc.com domain right? Methinks that I do not know enough and need some help...
