Need Help With Script

I have been provided with an example script for sending data from a web page to another server and receiving another set of data back from that server. Unfortunately, I am not very familiar with php and I don't understand how to make this script work and the script provider is unwilling to assist me. If there were sufficient time I would get up to speed on coding with php and work this out for myself. So I am asking if there is someone in this group who would be willing to take a look at this small script and advise me on how to utilize it. Regards Dave Barton
