Wouldn't it be better to use a propper mail server like sendmail
(http://www.sendmail.com/ - http://www.sendmail.org/) instead
of doing
this with PHP?
It will be hard (AFAIK impossible) to write a PHP script that recieves
incoming mail and forwards it, as PHP has no support for listening on a
socket.
