From your question, it seems you're more concerned with how to get
the file from the user to the server. To upload a file, you need the
following format for your web form:
<form action="upload.php" method="post"
enctype="multipart/form-data">
Upload file: <input type="file" name="upfile"><br>
<input type="submit" value="submit">
</form>
That will let you move the file to the server. How you email it from
their is a whole 'nuther matter.
