sybase warning

Hi !!!
I´m receiving the following warning message :
Warning: Sybase: Server message: Changed database context to 'db_sia_cpa'.
(severity 10, procedure N/A) in /usr/local/www/htdocs/sybase.php on line 4
I already change the value of severity in my php.ini
sybase.min_error_severity = 11 ; minimum error severity to
display
sybase.min_message_severity = 11 ; minimum message severity
to display
here is the little script :

Actually displays all data but after the warning.
