thanx for the help.
Ok, it's a portal...and we have a frameset. The php
snippet has to be including in the main file which is
"middle.html". It's a BIG huge file and thier's LOT's
of stuff in thier. first of all the page appears in
black and white while opening in an text-editor like
ultra-edit and modifying this HUGE BIG file with SO
MUCH of code becomes probematic for us. Secondly -
it's been linked to TOO many pages! we'll have to go
and change everything...just because of "3" lines of
php in it. so..........

The server guys aren't very interactive right now. And
i'm not sure i wanna do this really.

Like u said......there's too many HTML files.
