Hi Catalin.
If my memory serves me correct, the SQLPLUS utility is for Oracle alone, and
is
gifted with some extended SQL-functionality, which do not exist in the
SQL-specifications.
The parser may not see the PL/SQL-query as a valid SQL-query for this
reason, but this is
not certan. However, You could try a SQL-query You know works on this
script, and verify if it
is a broken function in php. ;_)
