As I understand this, you've sent a series of items to the browser and you want the user to
click on the item's respective checkbox if he wishes to delete that item. If the
'deleting' should take place server-side you could simply submit each item with it
respective checkbox value--if it's checked, lose it; if not, keep it. But it sounds like you
want to take it away immediately client-side. If so, you'll need to use javascript. How this
is done depends on how the information is presented, i.e. text input, select boxes, etc.

I've queried and displayed my data and I want to be able to have an
action that deletes the marked items (with a checkbox). Has anyone got
the down and dirty on that?
