I am getting segmentation faults when running scripts that talk to a
remote mysql server.
I have tried running php as dso and cgi and on both rh6.1 & 6.2 - and
it doesn't make any difference.
The only success I have had is when I tried running the scripts on the
mysql box (so it connects to localhost) and it seems to work fine.
I have tried a back trace and this is what I get:
(gdb) run -X -f /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
Starting program: /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -X -f
/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

Is this something to do with multithreading?
