I have a php form that Dr Watsons (access violation) on me every time
(PHP 4.0.2 CGI IIS 4.2 SP3 SQLServer 6.5 sp5). I am in the process of
trying to track it down. I had to drop back to 3.0.16 where it runs
just fine. As soon as I can figure out what is the offending item I
will post the bug report.
