xml, apache & php

Hi, I have seen similar posts before but haven't kept them (too many to archive myself, couldn't find an archive of this list on the net). My ISP is willing to add xml support for php to their servers as they currently don't have it. All they want me to source is the way they can do it. So I thought I would ask here. They have Apache 1.3.9 servers running FreeBSD 3.3 release #0 and PHP Version 3.0.12 What switch on installation do they need to get php's xml parser installed?
