Uh, good question. I'll have to go back and check what arguments I specified
and whether the configure script automatically disabled it.
Would this prevent the inclusion of any URL? I can seem to get the files to
be included (or at least I can get an error if it can't find the file) but I
can't seem to get it to treat the function the same as if it were locally
specified.
