WinNT-PHP.EXE ODBC problems addendum.

Quick addendum to my recent question: the behavior I am observing seems to only happen when I use the odbc_tables function. When I make a 'normal' SQL query, the odbc_fetch_row seems to work properly. Thus, the following code is what breaks: $db = odbc_connect("odbcconnection","",""); //get all the tables $allTables = odbc_tables($db); //this works just fine: odbc_result_all($allTables); //this doesn't work: $fetchRes = odbc_fetch_row($allTables); //this doesn't work either (infinite loop): while(odbc_fetch_row($allTables)) { $tabletype = odbc_result($allTables,"TABLE_TYPE"); if ($tabletype == "TABLE") { $tablename = odbc_result($allTables,"TABLE_NAME"); echo "$tablename<br>"; } } Again, all this used to work fine with the .DLL version of PHP 4.02 thanks, michael geary
