Hi @ll!
I have a big problem uploading files from the browser to a server, running
in Safe-Mode (XODOX). The uploaded file is saved in the tmp-directory of the
server. When I try to copy the file in the destination directory of my
webspace, there is always the same error-message: permission denied on file
/tmp/Xy3dC (filename changes), cause php is running in safe mode. Now I
tried to change the temp-path for my uploads to a directory of my webspace.
But how? I tried putenv(), but it didn't work. I'm thinking about writing my
own perl script only fpr copying the file.
All I want to know:
IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY OF UPLOADING A FILE IN SAFE-MODE VIA HTTP-POST?
I will try a perl-script, if not. But I cant believe, that there is no
possibility. As I heard, most of all php-supporting servers run in safe
mode. So the uploading feature is for nothing?
Please help me!
Greetings, Ollie.
