As long as we're talking PHP Based Bulletin boards I feel I should plug my own
project, phpBB. Its a UBB (www.infopop.com) work-alike, and will be extreamly
customizable when its all finished. Version 1 is schedualed to roll out on Oct
15th. Its a flat-view board, so if you're looking for something threaded then
this isn't the board for you.
