That's probably the question you should have asked first :-) Yes - use
select multiple and give the variable an array format, ie
<FORM ACTION="me">
<SELECT NAME="array[]" MULTIPLE>
<OPTION VALUE="1">One
<OPTION VALUE="2">Two
</SELECT>
</FORM>
and then you can get all the selected values from $array[]
