ODBC problem w/ php4 on NT

I`m teaching myself php4 (4.02) on a Windows NT 4 sp3 standalone machine w/ apache web server (1.3.12). When I load a php page I get window that comes up and says: "The ODBC resource DLL (C:\WINNT\System32\odbcint.dll) is a different version than the ODBC driver manager (C:WINNT\System32\ODBC32.dll). You need to reinstall the ODBC components to ensure proper operation. PRESS OK to proceed, CANCEL to abort." The php page still loads but it does this every time even on the simple "Hello World" php script and I plan on doing alot of mySQL,php interaction in the future. mySQL is installed but is irelevant for now because It did this before it was installed. I realize that I need to reinstall the ODBC stuff but how? When I double click on the ODBC DS icon control panel it won`t open. Would you please cc to blhudge@yahoo.com because I'm not on the list.
