Actually yes there is a 4.0 version of ODBC32 for Windows. I do not know were to get the download but I got mine from an InstallShield file I wrote a few months ago. So it should be on the Microsoft web site some where. Surprisingly Windows 2000 Pro still comes with 3.5. Anyways, I am certain that there is an ODBC32 4.0.
